About Heero Yuy:

Heero Yuy a.k.a. "The Perfect Soldier." He is a shallow, emotionless person who has no regard for life and prefers to keep to himself. He was raised by Doctor J, who trained Heero, built his Gundam, and gave him orders while on earth. It is unknown what Heero's real name is but, for the sake of his mission Doctor J named him after the leader of the colonies who was assassinated in A.C. 175.

Heero is the pilot of the Wing Gundam and the Wing Zero. He is a rival to Zechs, but they still seem to be on pretty good terms with each other through most of the show. They even traded Gundams once. (Heero traded the Epyon in exchange for Wingzero) Zechs' little sister, Relena, could not stay away from him despite his constant threats to kill her. His fellow pilots regard him as the strongest, most sane pilot in the group. Quatre even said once, "I get it now, Heero is the heart of outer space."
