Name: Duo Maxwell
Duo Maxwell a.k.a. "The Angel of Death." Though he has been pinned with this nickname, he is pretty undiserving outside of kombat. Duo is the loosest, most calm, and least serious member of the group. I remember a time when he and Wufei were locked in a prison cell on the lunar base. They were running out of air and in his dieing moment (they of course managed to escape before they died) he was looking at some pictures of his upgraded Deathscythe. Of all the thing he could have said while he was dieing, he chose to say, "Hey Wufei. My new Deathscythe's pretty cool huh?"Duo may sound like a clown, but when he's fighting he is far from. In his Gundam Deathscythe, (Later upgraded to Deathscythe HELL) he slices enemy mobile suits in half with a single swipe of his beam scythe. Duo spends a lot of time with an X OZ pilot named Hirde. (pronounced Hill-dee) It seems like they would have ended up close, If Duo hadn't had to leave because he needed to hide from those who were assembling the "White Fang". Later on Hirde returns after infiltrating the Libra (White Fangs humungous spaceship) with its blueprints. Hirde risked her life to get them to Duo so they could be analyzed for weaknesses. (Kinda like Princess Leah in Star Wars did) Duo often tells the other pilots, especially Heero and Wufei to lighten up and not take things so seriously. Duo is definately my favorite character on the show.
